YewPine Cultural Traditions will announce upcoming projects as they become avaiable for the general public. For further information email Dwight Diller.
---Trevor Hammons has already started on Hammons history and will be working on Lee Hammons stories.
---The library is a very significant community resource to help get folks back for traditional music. Library resources include instrument loans, opportunity for music lessons (Pam Lund still teaches there) and CD/DVD/book materials. We might start seeking instrument donations for aspiring students. Dwight will be offering to play at the county libraries to show people what the 'old-music' is all about! The price of admission would be to check out a book.
___Publishing more oral stories by the Hammons, and a documentary on Ralph Roberts are proposed.
Dwight Diller's music is available for download on two Bandcamp websites.
www.dwightdiller.bandcamp.com/ currently has nine albums. All proceeds from sales from this site are donated directly to Yew Pine Cultural Traditions, Inc. (501-c-3) for its mission.
